With a background in property management and a degree in business and real estate from the University of North Texas, Troy knows how to steer projects and build relationships that last. He’s passionate about solving problems, mentoring his team, and delivering results. Off the job, Troy enjoys playing guitar and grounding himself in faith and family.

Kira Lee has been with TriStar for 17 years and is the operational backbone of the company. She manages finances, supports employees, and ensures everything runs smoothly. With roots in construction and early experience in customer service and accounting, she brings a practical, people-focused mindset to her role. Kira finds joy in building something from nothing, both in business and in life. She lives with her husband and two kids, two dogs and cat, and loves scuba diving whenever she gets the chance.

Matt Greanead has been helping lead TriStar Built for nine years, bringing deep experience in commercial construction and roofing. A former minor league baseball player, Matt combines discipline with a team-first mindset. He focuses on project management and employee well-being, making sure both the work and the people behind it succeed. His kids are his biggest motivation and remind him why quality and consistency matter so much.

For eight years, Ryan Hunt has been the go-to person for scheduling, materials, and project coordination at TriStar. His background in commercial roofing and new construction gives him a solid foundation for managing fast-moving jobs. Ryan is known for his can-do attitude and sharp eye for detail. He is also a former professional football kicker and claims to have a sixth sense for spotting bread and butter pickles. Family is what drives him most.

Chris Rodgers brings 11 years of roofing expertise to TriStar, combining technical know-how with a client-first approach. He inspects properties, helps homeowners understand their insurance options, and oversees the repair process. With a past in warehouse management and hands-on roof installation, Chris is a grounded, reliable voice in the field. One unique fact about him? Fun Fact: He has a rare condition called situs inversus, which makes his internal organs mirror images of the norm.

Ann Contella keeps the financial gears turning at TriStar Built. As Accounting Manager, she brings her auditing background to ensure every dollar is accounted for and every process stays organized. In her first year with the team, she’s already become someone the crew counts on. Ann enjoys the challenge of solving problems behind the scenes and thrives in TriStar’s family-like culture. When she’s not crunching numbers, she’s expressing love through cooking.

Kyleigh Torian wears many hats at TriStar, from building claims and budgets to managing social media and designing mood boards. With a background in interior decorating and over a decade in office management, she brings both creativity and structure to the team. She loves that every day offers a new challenge and values TriStar’s family-first mindset. Her favorite quote is “You do not fear, you do not falter, you do not yield,” which reflects how she approaches both work and motherhood.

Wade Word has been in construction since 1984 and has spent the last nine years with TriStar providing precise bids and managing commercial jobs. He holds an associate’s degree in mechanical technology and brings decades of hands-on experience to every estimate. Wade enjoys the problem-solving aspect of construction and working with great leadership. Fun fact—he was named after famous fiddle player Wade Ray.

Mickey Becknauld has been a reliable part of the TriStar Built team for over 11 years, bringing a strong mix of precision, practicality, and client care to his role as Project Supervisor. He handles scheduling, customer communication, and design functionality with a focus on delivering results that align with each client’s vision. With a background in construction, electrical work, and management, Mickey is a true jack of all trades who takes pride in doing the job right. A father of four, he finds his greatest motivation in his faith, his family, and the community he serves.

Tony Miller has been part of the TriStar Built team for 8 years and brings hands-on experience, reliability, and a strong work ethic to his role as Remodeling Project Manager. He meets with clients, creates estimates, manages active job sites, and keeps schedules moving with a steady, solutions-focused approach. Before joining TriStar, Tony lived in Oklahoma City where he built farm equipment, gaining practical skills that serve him well in remodeling. He values the company’s family-style culture and enjoys working alongside people he would gladly spend time with outside of work. Off the clock, you can usually find him on the golf course, always looking to grow both personally and professionally.

Brice Coffey joined TriStar Built as a Production Assistant and is quickly proving himself as a dependable part of the team. He helps keep roofing projects on schedule, supports crews in the field, and makes sure materials are delivered where and when they’re needed. With a bachelor’s degree in business management and a background that includes four years of college football, Brice brings both discipline and a strong team mindset to the job. He enjoys the camaraderie at TriStar and is driven by a desire to build a successful future through hard work and growth.
